Sunny? Yes. But I have sunburn. Eeek!

Only went to work for 2 hours today cos my mum didn't really need me, but at least I earned a bit of dosh. I then went and bought some nice bracelets from H&M...and sussed out all the new stuff they have there. Oooh, and Topshop! I really luv it. Anyway....

Stephen met me in town, and I went to get Be Your Own Pet's new single from RPM, but they'd sold out on CD so I'm getting it tomorrow.

Jon and Lauren were awesome! Yaaaay.

Paid tomorrow...things will be bought! Including 2 pairs of shoes. Eeek.

My singing exam went really well. I only sang one wrong word...in 'Night and Day' where I should've said 'longing' and said 'yearning' but I doubt I'll get marked down for that. My voice held up pretty well considering it was very rough last night and this morning. Damn colds. Bah. The examiner was nice too =0).

Exams are officially finished now! Eeeek. Happy. Was meant to be going out with the grrrls tonight, but only me and Katy could gom so we're gonna re-arrange for when we all have money and can actually make it.

Saw Pippa for a bit today too - she came down the corridor about 5 mins before my exam. Was good to see her - she was mounting all her Art stuff up for the examiners. Scary stuff.

Tonight, I go to bed early and dream of nice things. There was huge moth in my room last night and I went to bed petrified cos I couldn't catch it!

Work was cool last week. Work on saturday was VERY boring. Jen just talks AT me. She's really boring. Didn't make alot that day either shop wise because all of the students have gone now, so it's the occassional little kid or old person coming in buying stuff. Played Maximo Park on the sound system though so at least I had something good to sing along to.

Wow, cool day at work. Was there quite early, and my mum showed me around properly. The downside is I've been sorting through students' assessed work all day, so 1 copy gets archived and 1 copy goes back to the student. I've got about 30 boxes from all of the different modules to go through...

However, the cool thing is, me and my mum did some sums, and we've decided that I'm gonna work 4 days a week - Monday half day, fulls days on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and then half day friday. Which, before tax and including my money from Blackwells on a saturday, I'll be getting £864 every month til October. Ah, good times, good times. Plus, my pay goes up from Blackwells in July. Awww, I love it.

Exam yesterday was shit but I'm not gonna go into that.

The Coral are playing at the Academy in October. =0). I'll be at that one like, hehe.

So, Han just rang and she met Ben Folds! Haha. What a legend. She sounded soooo happy!

Just been speaking to Sammy Lou too. They're all going out in Sunderland tomorrow night, so I might go along. I need a good ol' knees up with my homegirls. Haven't seen them properly for absolutely ages! Pure, Innfusion, Ku then Beach. Sounds pretty awesome to me.

Friday - was too drunk for words. Did alot of dancing to King of Leon and probably fell over. Saw John in Glo too with Hara G...blast from the past I tell ye.

Saturday - was still drunk at work. It was hilarious! I was shaking and ate alot of crisps. Night time, went to the Hancock with Pippa, Jax, Kathryn, Carly, Chrissy and Ally, and then proceeded to Brighton Beach, where we ended up sitting on the side of the stage for most of the night due to tiredness, being hungover and the fact that most of us couldn't be arsed with it. And Dolly didn't even get into BBeach! Bloody bouncers.

Sunday, pissed about and was ill.

Monday - went to the Orange Evolution thing with Stephen ♥, Jon ♥ and Danni ♥. Was fun. We saw The Rakes, Dogs Die In Hot Cars and Fighstar and then went home. Saw James Brucester, Jamie, Ste, Schmiz, Sparkey, Rusty etc when we were they. Came home and then went to Stephen's and watched Back To The Future. Awesome filmage.

Yesterday, stayed in all day and watched TV and alot of E4 because I actually have it now. The boy came over and we were bloated together. Hah.

Today, meant to be revising. So far have slept, smoked and read alot of gossip magazines courtesy of my ill sister. Bless.

So, tomorrow be the last day of term. And also the day of County. Alas, I will not be Countying because I have an exam 2-4pm. BASTARDS.

BUT, me and Pip are coming here after said exam, getting wrecky off cheap vodka and then going down to Glo to see our beautiful boys The Illegal Waste AND the mighty A Frames. The drummer is my music lecturer, I got off with the bassist a million times last summer and my sister is 'auntie' to the lead singer, little surfer James.

AND AND AND!!! Saturday. work work work...BRIGHTON BEACH!! WOOOOP!

Well, tonight I am bored.

Today, college was pointless. Had my singing lesson with Amy and Jon - twas hilarious. Amy didn't stop burping and we were generally arsing around. Didn't get much singing done.

Went to the fecca and stared into space for a bit. Went to Decca and Chumsy's lesson, but I'd already filled in the mega key skills thing everyone else had to fill in so I didn't do anything!

Fecca again for AGES, and then, English at 3pm. Nearly fell asleep =0|.

Work tomorrow! Mum gave me £30 too, so I can buy shabang for Mim's party (i.e. pointless jewellery and tabs). I am mega excited! Giving ol' Jamesy boy a lift too. Oh, and my camera is fully loaded!

Going to bed soon, can't be arsed to do much.

I am happy as larry.

Just spoke to the girrlll Mim ♥ and we're now back on top form. We will party like it's 1999 on Saturday. I can't wait to see my girls, and their girls, and other people's boys and girls. It will be spectacular.

Today, I did fooook all. Had English - A Streetcar Named Desire is my nemesis. I like it, but not to analyse.

Tomorrow, lesson with Decca and Brian and that's it. College has been sparse in the past 2 weeks since we handed in coursework.

Ooooh! a la Lauren, I am also doing my singing exam soooon! Grade 5 for me though, Grade 8 next year.

This weekend's been strange.

At alot of Chinese of friday night with the family. Went to bed with a huge stomach and a sick feeling.

Work on saturday, morning went quite quickly, went to Pret for lunch with my mum cos it was her birthday.

Counted alot of pastel paper and pens and paint brushes for stock check in the afternoon.

Came home, metro broke down, Dad picked me up from Jarroooow.

Went to the Vig with Sal, Ads and Gareth.

Had LUSH family meal with the family for mum's birthday, and alot of wine was consumed.

Went to Stephen's, fell asleep, came home at about midnight.

Today, woke up, had a shower, watched double bill of the OC. <3

Tidying room at the moment.

Haha. Nathan and Craig made me laugh on friday. We were coming out of college and Nathan started talking about how hairy his arse is. This was funny because I hardly ever talk to Nathan, just the Craig cos he's super fantastiche, but Nathan is equally as superb. They have a gig at Trimnmers tonight, but I'm too tired to go really.

Tomorrow, the perils of 2oth Century Art Music and 2 hours of hells with Brian from 3-5pm. Pah.

So, a proper update for one.

Recently, things have been quite cool. The boy is super fantastiche, although his new haircut's a bit too short but I'm getting used to it.

College has been stressful, but alright. We finish 2 weeks on Friday! How mint is that? Had an exam last friday, which was piss easy because basically we got ALL the answers beforehand. Mental.
On the 27th May, I had a 3 hour English Lit exam and then 2 hours of Music Technology in the afternoon. It's quite mint having most of my exams on ONE day, 'cause that mean there's only 2 exams after that and my Grade 5 singing exam, so it's all fairly peachy, and I can look forward to a stress-free summer.

Also, on the 22nd June, we are doing a show at the Amphitheatre in South Shields. I'm hoping to organise some kids for it, so we can perform some Interpol, Yeah Yeah Yeahs and Charlotte Hatherley numbers ♥. How mint would that be?.

Ooh, last week I was in a film! My brother's mate Andy, who is a film-maker extraordinaire was making a short film called "The Week I Had A Crush On Kathy". I got Kathy for some of the background shots, because the girl couldn't make it that day, but apparently I looked just like her, so it was pretty cool. My brother was in it too, as was Pippa. Pretty cool stuff.

I get paid on the 25th and I can't wait!! I have a list a mile long of things I want to buy. The Features album, Maximo Park's album, other marvellous stuff like sunglasses and shoes.

I'm currently listening to Radio 1, 'cause they've got all the lovely stuff I missed at the weekend - Magic Numbers, Futureheads, Interpol. Meh. *cries*

Off to bed for me in a bit. But firstly, Futureheads bopping.

Hey kids.

So I didn't go to One Big Weekend, but Phillippa rang me cos she'd gone to see Kasabian and the Foo Fighters cos Jackson had a spare ticket, so I got Kasabian voice messages which were nice!

Work was quite good yesterday. Discovered some of the nice types of card we have, and was counting everything for stock check. Meh. Came home, when to Jon's with Stevaz and Danni was there too, and we drank vodka and lemonade. Wooo!

Went down street for a bit to Sally from the Fountain's 21st, but me and Stephen ran away, got pizza and walked home. Hah.

Today, I've done fooooook all. Jill offered me a ticket for Radio 1 but I couldn't be bothered really - was knackered and have a cold coming on. Boooooo.

Just been talking to Ali King on MSN. What a hero! Haha.

I am officially knackered. Haha.

Had my first day at work yesterday =0). Was in Newcastle for 8:20am so went to Starbucks and got a latte, then walked up to work. Had like an induction thing with the manager for about an hour and then I started learning how to use the till in the Art shop where i'm working with Rosie [she's AMAZING! She's a goth and DJ's at Rock@the Arena every saturday with her husband! She's seriously class.]

The till was pretty easy so I was happy. The true highlight of my day was the amount of FIT art students that came into the shop, hehe. Swoooooooon.

Went to So&So at lunch and bought a LUSH necklace - a lipstick lightning bolt =0). Went back to work, came home on the 6pm metro.

Stephen came round last night. Eee, I love him. He's had his hair cut and it looks LUSH. I was worried it would be too short, but he looks really sweet. Hehe. We watched Lord of the Rings on channel 4....or rather he watched it because I fell asleep for most of it and was snoring. Stephen's black hoody is good for sleeping in. I was all comfy. Haha.

Off to watch Popworld and random other T4 shows. And then, to the Green Festival!

Well, today I hand in ALL of my Music and Music Tech coursework and I can't bloody wait to do it. I've been working like a maniac this week! Argh. Recorded my jazz/swing version of 'Reptilia' by The Strokes yesterday. The end of the song is like a minute of lovely jazz-ness by my music teachers, hehe. It's amaaaaaazing! I'll get it converted into mp3 so you can all hear!

Aaaand....CARLING ACADEMY NEWCASTLE! Quite excited - may go and see Athlete too, Keir.

Tomorrow, first day of work. Tonight, drinking.

Ahh, must dash! Coursework needs to be finalised and handed in.
